By engaging Creative Genius Studios® (“CGS”), the Client agrees to the following terms:

​

1. Scope of Work
All services will be performed as outlined in the approved proposal, invoice, or agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will incur additional fees.

2. Payment Terms
All projects require a non-refundable deposit prior or full upfront payment to commencement. Final files will not be released until full payment has been received. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

3. Revisions
Revisions are limited to the number stated in the agreement. Additional revisions will be billed accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage
All designs, concepts, strategies, and creative assets produced by CGS remain the intellectual property of Creative Genius Studios® until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client is granted usage rights for the intended purpose outlined in the agreement.

5. AI Usage Prohibition (Strict Clause)
The Client expressly agrees that no work, in whole or in part, created by Creative Genius Studios® may be uploaded, shared, trained on, modified, or otherwise used in connection with any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or generative technology platforms without prior written consent from CGS.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

6. Portfolio & Promotion Rights
CGS reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Project Termination
CGS reserves the right to terminate a project at any time due to breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of creative work. All payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability
Creative Genius Studios® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its work.
